The candidate chosen for this position will assist in leading TPM's effort to empower customers to improve their designs, deliver more work, and win more business. The candidate will be responsible for assessing and prioritizing customer's business goals, developing a clear path to success, and executing projects to accomplish these goals.

• Deliver in-depth, consultative Maturity Assessments
• Lead business strategy meetings with executives
• Conduct interviews with leadership and industry users
• Identify and prioritize business goals and objectives
• Architect ideal workflow and technology solutions
• Develop detailed SOW as a documented plan to achieve desired business goals
• Present solutions to business leaders and industry users
• Generate thought leadership and solutions-based content
• Project Manage professional services
• Execute key aspects of professional services
• Work with sales team expanding professional services within strategic accounts

• Minimum 15 years of industry experience leveraging Autodesk Solutions
• Minimum 5 years BIM or VDC Manager or equivalent leadership position
• Analytical thinker with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to schedule and manage several projects at one time
• Outstanding presentation and written communication skills
• Proven industry thought leader and subject matter expert in Architecture and Engineering

• B.S. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Revit, BIM360, Navisworks, ERP or CRM experience
• Database and integrations experience
